The Microsoft Exchange Transport service is rejecting message submissions because the available disk space has dropped below the configured threshold. User Action To resolve this error, follow these steps: 1. Determine whether a queue exists and the size of the queue. To do this, start the Exchange Management Shell, and then run the get-queue cmdlet. If many messages are in the queue, the issue is resolved when the messages are emptied from the queue. If a queue does not exist, go to step 2. 2. If the space on the hard disk is not filled by many messages in the queue, you must either free space on the hard disk or move the queue to a hard disk that contains more free space. For more information about how to determine whether a hard disk requires more space, see How to Change the Location of the Queue Database. Exchange 2007 / 2010 Backpressure – Quick Fix Awarded Article by Alan Hardisty On 2011-12-21 Views: 38,056 66,356 Points What is Backpressure? Backpressure is a new ‘feature’ in Exchange 2007 / 2010 where Exchange actually monitors resources such as Free Disk Space on the disk where the Exchange Message Queue / exchange 2016 back Message Queue Transaction Logs live and the Memory that the Edgetransport.exe process is using and memory in general used by other processes. How do I know if my server is suffering from Backpressure? If one or more items being monitored hits a pre-defined limit, then Exchange will stop inbound mail-flow, so usually the first thing that you notice is that all of a sudden, you are not receiving emails from the rest of the world. You will be able to continue to send emails, you just won’t receive any new emails. Look in your event logs and if Backpressure is being applied, you will see Event ID's 15006 or 15007 in the logs: Event log entry for critically low available disk space Event Type: Error Event Source: MSExchangeTransport Event Category: Resource Manager Event ID: 15006 Description: The Microsoft Exchange Transport service is rejecting messages because available disk space is below the configured threshold. Administrative action may be required to free disk space for the service to continue operations. Event l
CU2. The mail flow was normal until 2 days after migrating my users. I had Kaspersky Antivirus and Kaspersky Security for Exchange installed on my both MBX servers. I uninstalled both products after performance problems and installed them in my both Exchange Server 2016 EDGE on my DMZ. I really don't know what do to. I have a queue with a lot of messages with this error, but most part of the emails are been delivered normaly. I got nothing from event logs. Even the internal mail flow are stucking with the same error. I tried to: - Recreate my receive connectors; - Change queue path; - Disable Resource Monitor; Also, my hub transport and frontend tranport are set as unhealty when I run get-healthreport. Is there any place to get some logs about it? Than August 7th, 2016 12:15pm Hi, We can use the following command to check the message tracking log for the queued messages: Get-MessageTrackingLog -MessageId "0BAD39458EB09B4396AAF103FEA7746A1531585B@BUDURBPA01.test.contoso.com" Note: Please change the red part as your environment. Please also check the application log to see if any Event ID like the format: 1500X. Per my experience, this error may related disk space and the MDB database connection limit, please try the following ways for this error: 1. Cleared some historical IIS logs and emails. 2. Deleted Temp file from below location: C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Local Restarted Transport Service. 3. Increased the default limit, please make sure that "MaxMailboxDeliveryPerMdbConnections" need to be at least 2 value more than what we set for "RecipientThreadLimit" . A Windows error is an error that happens when an unexpected condition occurs or when a desired operation has failed. When you have an error in Windows, it may be critical and cause your programs to freeze and crash or it may be seemingly harmless yet annoying.
A stop error screen or bug check screen, commonly called a blue screen of death (also known as a BSoD, bluescreen), is caused by a fatal system error and is the error screen displayed by the Microsoft Windows family of operating systems upon encountering a critical error, of a non-recoverable nature, that causes the system to "crash".
One of the biggest causes of DLL's becoming corrupt/damaged is the practice of constantly installing and uninstalling programs. This often means that DLL's will get overwritten by newer versions when a new program is installed, for example. This causes problems for those applications and programs that still need the old version to operate. Thus, the program begins to malfunction and crash.
Computer hanging or freezing occurs when either a program or the whole system ceases to respond to inputs. In the most commonly encountered scenario, a program freezes and all windows belonging to the frozen program become static. Almost always, the only way to recover from a system freeze is to reboot the machine, usually by power cycling with an on/off or reset button.
Once your computer has been infected with a virus, it's no longer the same. After removing it with your anti-virus software, you're often left with lingering side-effects. Technically, your computer might no longer be infected, but that doesn't mean it's error-free. Even simply removing a virus can actually harm your system.
Reimage repairs and replaces all critical Windows system files needed to run and restart correctly, without harming your user data. Reimage also restores compromised system settings and registry values to their default Microsoft settings. You may always return your system to its pre-repair condition.
